The Service Department at Lyle Industries is considered one of the best in the industry. Our service team consists of highly trained and experienced technicians, available for travel, phone, fax, or e-mail assistance whenever it is needed in the field. Emergency technical assistance is offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Service personnel are available Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm EST by telephone, fax, and e-mail. Our Service Tracker program documents each customer service issue fielded by the Lyle Service team.

Customers routinely contract with Lyle Industries to provide a member of our service team to assist during setup, repair, and upgrades at their location.

In addition to Lyle service solutions, we offer training programs for our customers’ plant personnel. Training can take place during machine setup at the customer’s plant. Customer training programs for specific applications may also be developed and conducted at Lyle Industries.
